BULLY'S BANKERS

Best horse racing tips for today’s action at Carlisle and Doncaster from Tom Bull

Don't miss out on Tom Bull's best bets at today's two meetings

I went absolutely mad in Ikea yesterday cheering on my selections - I was like a Bull in a china shop!

The plates on aisle four came a cropper so I'll be back grazing in the field when today's tips hit the turf.

Carlisle

1.25 Pearl Royale - I do wish this rain would stop as I keep having to sit down - you know what the old wives' tale says.

However, the upside is that I get to study my tips for longer and I've got a belter up north this afternoon.

Her jumping fell apart in Grade 2 company at Wetherby when last seen but she'd previously beaten a bunch of smart mares in fine style and still has a big future over the larger obstacles.

She takes on three rivals and gets weight from main danger Rons Dream, so everything's in place for a big run.

Bully's Sunday Bankers

1.15 Carlisle - Pearl Royale

2.20 Leicester - World Premier

Leicester

2.20 World Premier - Ben Pauling's five-year-old was well-backed on handicap debut last time out -but made his punters sweat.

He was awarded the race in the stewards' room afterwards after being bumped by Jaboticaba, who finished the first-past-the-post.

However, the pair are probably both quite progressive and this looks a similar sort of race. The handicapper has only raised him 3lb and the ground will be ideal if it stays on the firm side.

Pauling has been banging in the winners and he gets weight from main danger Master Work.

Horse Count Meribel all but falls two fences from home but still goes on to win at Cheltenham
