UFC star Conor McGregor and partner Dee Devlin donate £21k to buy homeless kids toys at Christmas

CONOR McGREGOR and girlfriend Dee Devlin showed they have big hearts by donating £21,000 for homeless children to get toys.
The Notorious, 31, has been splashing the cash this Christmas and bought loyal Dee a £154,000 Lamborghini.
But they showed they care about those less well off too by giving away a hefty sum to a charity helping those without a roof over their head.
Inner City Helping Homeless, based in McGregor's native Ireland, wrote on their Facebook page: "Thank you so much to Conor McGregor and Dee Devlin who kindly donated £21,000 of Smyths Toys vouchers for us to distribute to families at our Santa's Grotto at the #FillanXmasTruck event and to families we supported in the run up to Christmas.
"We appreciate the kind donation of the vouchers and sponsoring the Santa's Grotto allowing us to help make children's Christmas more special."
And those commenting on the post were loving the pair's generosity.
One said: "Fair play to them. I'm sure it made a big difference to all the kids, that's lovely."
Another wrote: "You can't blame the man for getting a bit big for his boots now and again. I'm sure we would all be the same if we could make what Conor did.
"But it just goes to show what the real Conor is inside. Behind every good man is a good woman."
A fellow user posted: "God bless Conor and Dee."
One comment read: "Thanks Conor you've made so many parents and kids happy this year."
Earlier this year it was revealed that former UFC featherweight and lightweight champ McGregor is building houses for eight homeless families in Dublin.
And he has pledged up to $1million (£765,000) of cash raised from the sale of his Proper No. 12 whisky to go to first responder organisations.
McGregor clearly feels in the festive spirit ahead of his return to the Octagon on January 18 at UFC 246.
But fans fear he has beefed up too much for his showdown with Donald Cerrone.
