IS this the greatest gymnastics routine in the history of the Olympics?
Astonishing American teenager Simone Biles lived up to her top billing last night by winning gold by an unprecedented margin of 2.1 points in the women's all-around final.
The 4 ft 9 pocket rocket dazzled in the jaw-dropping routine, defying the laws of gravity by leaping double her height.

She capped it all with her own trademark move during the routine, The Biles, a double backward flip with her body fully extended, followed by a half-twist and a blind landing.
Biles then ended the routine in dramatic fashion in a stretched out position.
She said after her triumph: "I think everything hit me at once and I realised that I had actually done it. I've been dreaming of it for a couple of years now and I was just so excited."
Retired British gymnast Beth Tweddle said: "I don’t think it’s possible to put into words how good she is."
