UK fans will have a chance to see one of the game's leading stars Paul George in action for the Pacers on British soil.
The 26-year-old is a three-time All-Star and headed for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games this summer to represent the United States team.
NBA commissioner Adam Silver showed his excitement, saying: “We are thrilled to return for our seventh regular-season game in London.
"With almost 25 percent of players in the NBA born outside of the United States, we are seeing firsthand the global growth of our game, which has never been more popular in the UK.”
Meanwhile, Pacers star Paul George added: “I’m really excited and thankful the NBA is allowing us to reach out to our fans in London.
"This is great exposure for our team and our franchise. I think it will be a great experience for us and the fans in attendance.”
The NBA last week also announced two other regular-season Global Games in Mexico City next January with the Phoenix Suns taking on the Dallas Mavericks and San Antonio Spurs on January 12 and January 14 respectively.
The Oklahoma City Thunder will also travel to Europe in October for pre-season clashes with Spanish sides Real Madrid and Barcelona.
