TWITTER users around the world claim problems on the platform, according to a new report by Down Detector.
Many users on February 17 reported issues while using Twitter, including error pop-up messages.
The first of the complaints came in around 11 am EST.
A majority of the reports came from users in the United States, though complaints have been coming in from all over the world.
A high concentration of the complaints came from the New York area.
Many users also seemed to be dealing with Twitter issues in cities like Boston, Chicago, Washington, and Seattle.
Around 83 percent of the complaints are pertaining to Twitter's webpage, while 9 percent are regarding the app.
The remaining 3 percent are complaints of server connectivity issues.

Complaints from users ranged from tweets not loading to error messages.
"Account profiles load, but no tweets load. Multiple attempts "retry" fail," one user said on Down Detector.
"The opposite for me, I can see comments and stuff, but accounts won't load, just asking me to retry," a second user replied.
"Tweets are dead now. I can't view posts. RIP," a third user remarked.
