PS5 owners are just realising three hacks instantly upgrade console including free storage boost

YOUR PlayStation has some handy secrets that you may have missed.
The Sun has picked out three PS5 hacks you definitely need to try.
Secret browser
Your PS5 actually has a hidden web browser – though you'd be forgiven for never finding it.
It's not a fully developed piece of software for regular use, so you'll likely encounter bugs.
But if you need a web browser and have no other choice, it's worth a go.
Just send a web address in a message to a friend on your PS5.

Then simply click on the link and the hidden web browser will launch.
Super-mute
This is a layered trick that you may have partly missed.
Your DualSense controller has a built-in microphone that lets you chat to friends.
If you look just below the PS button on your joypad, there's a small LED bar that doubles up as a button.

Press it once and it will turn orange, which signifies that the DualSense microphone has been muted.
But if you hold it down for two seconds, you'll mute your entire PS5 system.
This can save you from scrambling for the remote in future.
Bonus storage
Every PS5 comes with a game called Astro's Playroom.
It's a default title built for the PS5 to showcase the bells and whistles of the DualSense controller.
And it's definitely worth a play if you've never tried it.
But once you're done, consider deleting it from your console.
It takes up a hefty 10.98GB of space that could be used to install another small game, partially clear the way for a giant blockbuster title, or allow you to download some DLC.

Thankfully it's a free game that can be redownloaded at any time.
So if you change your mind one day, you can always get it back at no expense.
