Bin your phone’s rubbish weather app – Dark Sky tells you EXACTLY where it’ll snow
Don't get caught out under a surprise storm with this insanely cool weather app for your iPhone or Android blower

IF YOU'RE still using a knackered old weather app that came pre-installed on your phone, you might want to try this weather tracker instead.
Dark Sky gives you hyperlocal info – so you can find out exactly when to expect rain or snow.
Dark Sky uses GPS tech to create forecasts for your precise location.
Then it'll give you minute-by-minute predictions for the next hour.
It makes it easy to find out whether it's going to rain on your morning walk.
And it even comes with a notification system that alerts you a minute before it's due to start raining or snowing where you are.
Dark Sky isn't just clever – it's also got some great animations, too.
These show you exactly how the actual path of a storm is moving.
This means seeing how it moved in the past, and where it'll be in the future.
You can also create custom notifications for things like wind or temperature.
And there are hour-by-hour forecasts for the next day and week.
If you're using the standard iPhone weather app, you'll be seriously impressed by Dark Sky.
It's managed to rack up a respectable 4.5/5 score on the Apple App Store, and a great 4/5 score on the Google Play Store.
The only downside is that you'll have to fork out £3.99 to download it on iOS. And on Android, it's free to install, but you'll need to pay a monthly subscription to get access to all of the features.
