Clay Pigeon locations in Fortnite and how to finish the Week 3 challenge
FORTNITE'S week 3 challenges were recently released and one of the challenges is shooting clay pigeons at different locations.
There are a potential six shooters sprawled across the map and here's everything you need to know about where they are...
Where are the locations for shooting clay pigeons?
Now that that the update has been unveiled, the map now contains clay pigeons shooters across the map.
Once you found one, a prompt will show you how to interact and from then, a clay pigeon will be fired.
However, clay pigeons are not the only flying objects that emerge as the shooter may also send other things such as rubber duckies your way to make the challenge more difficult.
Each location also contains two scoreboards top keep track of both your current score and your high score.
What are the Fortnite Week 3 Challenges?
The battle pass challenges for week 3 have been revealed.
They include:
- Deal 500 damage to opponents in a single match
- Shoot a Clay Pigeon at Four different locations
- Use a Launchpad
- Search Seven Chests in Fatal Fields
- Follow the treasure map in Flush Factory
- Three explosive eliminations
- Eliminate Three Opponents in Haunted Hills
When was Fortnite season 5 released and what were the changes?
Fortnite Season 5 was officially released on July 12, 2018, and a new Battle Pass brought new skins, emotes and locations to change the look of the map.
As always a new Battle Pass brings with it plenty of new skins, emotes and pickaxes and the main customisable upgradeable skins this time are called Drift and Ragnarok.
It will include vehicles, with a new All Terrain Kart, which holds up to four people and has a bounce pad on the roof.
Original location Anarchy Aches has also paved way for the introduction of beachside holiday site Lazy Links.

The desert has "unique ambient audio", while other areas will be getting their own versions "in future updates", according to Epic Games.
Competitive play with a HUGE prize pool is also on the way, but this is separate from this patch.
For a limited time period, Fortnite's birthday challenges are available to complete to celebrate the game's one-year anniversary.
