Fortnite Rift locations map - where to find the rift portals in Fortnite's Week 8 challenge
Week 8's challenges has just been released, and one of the more difficult ones is a rework of an earlier challenge and requires players to use ten rifts from different spawn locations.
If you're new to the game, rifts were introduced in season 5 and act as mini-portals that will warp you directly into the air to allow you to glide or dive to another location.
Below is a map detailing all the regular rift portals in the game. Remember a rift is not guaranteed to appear in every location every game, and you can only use a rift from each spawn once.
Another thing to note is rifts disappear shortly after activation so if you're attempting to complete this challenge in duos or squads, make sure everyone is ready to use one together.
We also have a handy guide on the rest of this week's challenges, including where to search between three oversized seats.
What are the other Fortnite challenges?
Remember, you can still do any of last week's challenges that you've missed - so check out our guide to visiting the centre of four named locations.

For those who are new to Fortnite, the weekly challenges help you rank up quickly and unlock different outfits, gliders and emotes for your character.

When was Fortnite season 5 released and what were the changes?
Fortnite Season 5 was officially released on July 12, 2018, and a new Battle Pass brought new skins, emotes and locations to change the look of the map.
As always a new Battle Pass brings with it plenty of new skins, emotes and pickaxes and the main customisable upgradeable skins this time are called Drift and Ragnarok.
It will include vehicles, with a new All Terrain Kart, which holds up to four people and has a bounce pad on the roof.
Original location Anarchy Aches has also paved way for the introduction of beachside holiday site Lazy Links.
