VIDEO gaming's most famous zombie franchise is making a welcome return to PlayStation, PC and Xbox, with its most beloved title getting a remake.
Resident Evil 2 is out now, but there's some DLC on the way to add to the story and the experience once you're done with it.
The original Resident Evil 2 was released in 1998 and has sold nearly five million copies.
The action centres around rookie cop Leon Kennedy and college student Claire Redfield as they fight to survive a mysterious viral outbreak within Raccoon City.
The 1998 original was hailed as a gaming masterpiece and propelled the franchise into mainstream pop culture.
The game is out now.

The Ghost Survivors mode will tell the story from three untold perspectives -- a soldier, the gun shop owner and the mayor's daughter.
It will be available for free on February 15.
The skins, meanwhile, will be released for free on March 22.
