They cannot recharge them while flying.

All UK airports have banned using e-cigarettes in their terminals.
They make vapers smoke in designated areas alongside tobacco smokers.
Where are you allowed to vape?
Not many places.
Although many train companies and stations once allowed vaping on platforms, most have now been banned.
Supermarkets and other stores forbid them too.
A pub - and only on the publican’s permission - is the only place.

They are calling on bus and train companies to consider allowing passengers to use e-cigarettes to improve public health.
Vaping is less harmful than conventional smoking and the two should not be treated as the same, according to a report by the Science and Technology Committee (STC).
There should be an urgent review to make it easier for e-cigarettes to be made available on prescription and "wider debate" on vaping in public spaces.
