ANT and Dec looked devastated tonight as two players gambled and lost more than £1million on their show Limitless Win.
Under the rules of the Saturday night quiz if you go over the numeric answer by even one you lose the lot.
And Kai and Lee staked the life-changing sum on the length of a dinosaur skeleton owned by the Natural History Museum.
They reckoned 30 metres but in heartbreaking scenes the board - which displays unlimited cash prizes - turned red.
Dec Donnelly slumped onto the console at the news before holding his head in his hands.
Ant McPartlin looked stunned as the show's biggest ever loss and they both cried out: "No!"
They earlier asked the pair: "The Natural History Museum's Dippy the Dinosaur which went on a national tour in 2018 is how many metres long in its displayed pose?"
Ant, 46, told them: "You dialled in 30 and that look you over £1million. Did you go over or are you still in the game?"

After the loss he told them: "The exact answer was 26 metres. You were four metres away from £1million.
"You played such a great game until that question. I'm gutted for you. Sorry. I'm really sorry."
Putting on a brave face, the players told him: "We came here with nothing, we leave with nothing."
Dec said they wouldn't even get to keep the smaller sum they had banked, saying: "You lose that £10,000 that you had in the bank but thank you.
"You've been extraordinary and what a game they've had ladies and gentlemen."
Once the pair had left the stage Dec was seen holding his face with both hands: "Can you believe it? They were nice lads weren't they?"
Many fans at home were left furiously Googling how big the dinosaur was and knew they had lost before it was announced.
