EMMERDALE star Paige Sandhu has confirmed she is leaving the soap.
The actress - who plays serial killer Meena Jutla in the ITV soap - has teased the dramatic end for her character.
It is not known how long the storyline will continue for but actress Paige has confirmed she is leaving the soap.
Speaking on This Morning earlier this week, she said: ”This is the beginning of the end for Meena but there's more drama to come!”
Paige also teased the “incredible ending” for Meena.
It even left her in tears.
“The ending’s incredible, better than I could ever have imagined, and I have already started crying,” she told the Mirror.
“[Meena] is a psychopath and believes nobody will ever get the better of her. Psychopaths are incapable of feeling fear like we can.”

EastEnders schedule shake-up
EastEnders will change to a “new simplified schedule” from next month, the BBC has announced.
The broadcaster’s flagship soap opera will air on BBC One at 7.30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from March 7.
This comes after ITV announced that it would also be changing its soap opera schedule in March, moving Coronation Street to hour-long episodes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8pm, while Emmerdale will move to a 7.30pm slot.
Kate Oates, BBC’s head of continuing drama, said: “We’re delighted that, from March 7, there will be new regular time slots for EastEnders.
“This new simplified schedule means it’s even easier for viewers to get their fix, as well as being able to watch whenever and wherever they choose on @bbciplayer.
“EastEnders’ new 7.30pm slot begins with a hugely exciting week, as killer Gray Atkins is finally exposed.”

EastEnders’ Michelle Collins regrets doing MasterChef
EASTENDERS star Michelle Collins has revealed how she regrets doing MasterChef when she “wasn’t right” mentally.
The soap actress admitted that she was in a “really bad way” before taking part in the celebrity cooking competition last August.
Michelle, 59, told fans she felt like she “shouldn’t have” taken part in the show as her late mum Mary was coming to the end of her cancer battle.
“I did Celebrity MasterChef and I was really in a bad way,” Michelle told Notebook in a candid interview about her mental health.
“Mentally, I wasn’t right and I shouldn’t have done it. Then in April, mum died – so last year was not a happy time for me.
“We all go through times in our life when we suffer from mental health issues, and we should talk about it. I did write about it in my book, including the time when I attempted suicide.
“I’ve become much stronger as I’ve gotten older, but I still want to help other people as much as I can.”
Corrie star does part time charity shop work
KIMBERLY Hart-Simpson has opened up about working in charity shops when she’s not filming for Coronation Street.
The 35-year-old has taken up a volunteering position at the British Heart Foundation – and it’s for a very personal reason.
Actress Kimberly, who plays Nicky Wheatley in the ITV soap, said: “A few years ago [my sister] Emma became poorly and after going back and forth to the doctors for a long time she was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy.
“The condition has been life-altering for her – she has a lot of different symptoms and has good and bad days but can’t predict when they will be, it can be frustrating when she feels fine one day but can’t do anything the next.
“Because of Emma’s experience, it has pushed me to use my platform so
everybody knows about the charity and it’s a definite driver for me to
carry on shopping there.”Kimberly – set to return to Corrie in spring – added that she mostly keeps herself hidden away in the stockroom while working at the store.

EMMERDALE star Charley Webb has started flogging CBD oil on Instagram after quitting the soap.
Over the years the soap star has taken to social media to share a number of sponsored posts, and most recently she’s spoken out about how CBD oil has helepd her.

Danniella Westbrook reveals she’s getting her RIB removed to fix her face
DANNIELLA Westbrook has revealed that doctors are planning to remove part of her rib next week as she prepares to go under the knife again.
The former EastEnders star previously underwent a similar procedure in 2018 where surgeons removed part of her rib to fix her cheekbone.
At the time, the TV star revealed that she had no bone left in one of her cheeks due to osteoporosis that was caused by bad dental work.
Now four years on, the 49-year-old has explained that she’s set to go under the same operation again and admitted it will “take a toll” on her.
Speaking to , she said: “I’m going through a lot operations at the moment. They’re good but they’re very hard.
“The first two of my operations haven’t taken a toll on me but the next lot will do.about:blank
“I’m seeing a bone surgeon next who is going to be removing a rib.”
Danniella first discussed the procedure and her osteoporosis battle on Good Morning Britain in 2018.

EASTENDERS’ Linda Carter will destroy Tina’s funeral in her dramatic comeback scenes.
The alcoholic landlady – who is played by actress Kellie Bright in the BBC soap – will make a show of herself as the family mourn murdered Tina.
Filming pictures show alcoholic Linda swigging from a bottle of gin at Tina’s funeral before launching into a shouting match.
She can be seen screaming at her daughter Nancy at the sad occasion. And she will have reason to as the pictures seem to confirm her estranged husband Mick has moved on with Janine Butcher.
A source told the Daily Star Sunday newspaper: “After Tina’s body is found, her funeral is held and all her loved ones gather to pay their respects.
“And Linda is at the centre of the drama, as always.
“She has a blazing row and swigs from a bottle of booze.
“It’s just what you’d expect from an EastEnders funeral!”

Corrie’s Sally Dynevor channelled Julie Andrew on DOI
Coronation Street star Sally Dynevor channelled her inner Julie Andrews in musicals week on Dancing On Ice, performing to My Favourite Things from The Sound Of Music.
The 58-year-old wanted to impress Dame Arlene Phillips, who choregraphed the show on the West End, but received her lowest score of 31.5 with partner Matt Evers.
Guest judge Dame Arlene told the actress: “I think Sally is the best storyteller so far… you have to have guts and push yourself.”
Ashley Banjo disagreed, saying: “I think you have pushed yourself, they are tiny steps but they are steps in the right direction.
“You should be proud of yourself for what you have achieved. “
Christopher Dean, who gave the highest score, said it was “Julie Andrews on ice for me”.
Danny Dyer is I’m A Celebrity bosses’ main target for this year’s show
I’M A Celeb bosses want EastEnders’ Danny Dyer as their star signing this year as they gear up for a big return to Australia.
The cockney actor, 44, who plays pub landlord Mick Carter, said he was leaving the BBC One soap after nine years.
The ITV juggernaut is set to return Down Under in November after Covid travel restrictions led to two years of filming at chillier Gwrych Castle in North Wales.
A show source said: “Producers think Danny would be great on the series and is their number one target.
“They’re hoping he’ll be finished in time, they’d definitely be up for a big money offer.”
Danny said he was leaving the soap “because sometimes you have to gamble in life as that is what makes it exciting.
“I’m still looking for that defining role.”

EastEnders' Adam Woodyatt raked in £2.5m in past two years
EASTENDER Adam Woodyatt has raked in around £2.5million in the past two years despite quitting as Ian Beale 13 months ago.
Since leaving Albert Square, the actor, 53, has appeared in a stage play, I'm a Celebrity and sells video messages to fans.
Accounts for his XL Management Ltd firm show that for 2020 and 2021, he paid £496,188 corporation tax based on a fifth of taxable income of around £2.5million.
Adam and his estranged wife Beverley, 58, are both directors of XL but he is the majority shareholder.
He was paid a six-figure sum to star in ITV's I'm a Celebrity, while Beverley has reportedly struggled since their separation with friends saying she has used food banks.
Adam, believed to be making interim payments prior to settling a divorce, also earns £40-a-time for video messages on Memmo. Annual accounts sent to Companies House this week show the Woodyatts owe XL £600,000 in loans.

Suki Panesar issues sickening threat to Honey Mitchell
Upcoming scenes of the BBC One soap will show her issue a vile threat to the new Walford Market inspector.
After Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) gave up the position of Market inspector, Honey was able to move on from her rough time as a Minute Mart employee.
