The Kardashians star and her man have been slammed for their graphic NSFW talk and incessant PDA even before a therapist.

Now Kourtney, 43, and Travis, 46, have come clean regarding the intimacies of their sex life in front of momager Kris, 66.
In a scene from , the family gathered at Kim Kardashian's house for dinner.
After the couple joined the table, the Poosh founder announced: "Me and Travis are doing the wildest cleanse right now."
"We started!" she shouted towards Kendall, 26.

"No sex, no caffeine, no working out," the reality star explained.
Kris interjected, asking: "What does sex have to do with it?"
"All you guys are really trying to do is get the cleanest egg and sperm, Kim remarked, as Kourtney stuck her tongue out to Travis.
Her then-fiancé explained: "You can't orgasm at all."

The mother-of-three added: "Cause we were like what about oral sex? What about hands? What about feet?"
But Kris was shocked by the questions as she laughed and interrupted: "Feet?"
"Wait...feet? Hold on," she giggled in surprise.
WILD PDA
Kourtney and Travis got graphic on the most recent episode with their NSFW sex talk.
The couple showed extreme PDA like never before, and this time even in front of a therapist.
The pair were sitting in Kourtney's house as she described more details of her “panchakarma cleanse” which entails no intercourse, caffeine, sugar, or exercise.
“I’m on so much estrogen right now that on top of not having sex with you or not having caffeine, if my moods take a turn that’s why,” she explained as the couple is trying to get pregnant through IVF.
Travis sweetly responded, “I’m okay with a bad day with you or a rough day with you than a day without you,” to which Kourt smiled and said, “Okay, good luck.”
Then, a “cleanser expert” Marta entered to help with the weeklong detox, as things became a bit more raunchy.
The couple cuddled up nearly the entire time they sat with the specialist.
Travis admitted he’s “mad at Kourtney” after one full day into the regimen.
Kourtney then shockingly revealed to Marta what her doctor advised: “I can’t remember if they told us that my thyroid level was low or high, but he said that the thing that would help it would be drinking Travis’ c*m four times a week.”
Travis laughed and said “I love this doctor!” as the therapist seemed less than thrilled.
The drummer then leaned over and kissed Kourtney’s side area repeatedly as he said, “I love you, I’d do anything for you” right in front of the specialist.
Later on, the episode showed day seven of their cleanse, and Marta returned to tell them about a Yoni steam to “get the womb ready” for pregnancy as well as a “ginger foot bath.”
Travis responded, “I don’t know how your feet are so cold at night when I pay so much attention to your feet, babe. Probably because we haven’t had sex in seven days.”

While fans have applauded Kourtney’s openness about her pregnancy journey, they felt they didn't exactly need all of the info.
