The Crown’s Elizabeth Debicki is the spitting image of Princess Diana as she films new scenes

EVERY photograph that we see of Elizabeth Debicki playing Princess Diana feels like it’s from the archives, such is her likeness to the tragic royal.

This latest set of images shows the actress filming for the new series of Netflix’s The Crown with her hair in the signature blonde do, gazing down coyly – in a look straight out of Diana’s playbook.

The classic Eighties power blazer was complemented by an over-the-shoulder handbag as she was snapped leaving Burghley House stately home in Stamford, Lincolnshire.

But later Elizabeth grabbed a more modern down jacket to keep the chill off between takes.

The new series of The Crown is expected to hit our screens in November.
