Darius Campbell Danesh’s ex wife Natasha Henstridge breaks silence after his shock death

NATASHA Henstridge has broken her silence following the news of her ex-husband’s death.
Darius Campbell Danesh was found dead in his US apartment on August 11, his family announced today.
Actress Natasha, who married the singer in 2011, shared a series of pictures of them together and wrote: “There are no words Darius… only Love Love Love. Forever Janam.”
She added a quote from Mother Teresa, which read: “I have found the paradox that if you love until it hurts there can be no more hurt- Only more love.”
After moving to the US Darius found love with Canadian star Natasha, whose films include sci-fi hit Species.
The couple secretly married at the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, California after dating for seven years.

They had met and fallen in love after meeting at a pedestrian crossing in 2004.
Prior to getting married they split briefly in 2010 but reunited after just five months and got engaged soon after.

Speaking about the wedding at the time, Darius – who relocated to the US – said: “No-one knew we were there and that sense of it just being for us was very exciting - it felt a little bit naughty and secretive.”
Just two years later they shocked fans when they filed for divorce and went their separate ways – telling fans it was a mutual decision.
Reflecting on the relationship, Darius told The Herald: “It was often a long-distance relationship for half of it. That in itself was an amazing experience, but a painful one. When you love someone you want to be with them.”

They were then spotted passionately kissing three years after their split.
The couple remained close since then and were spotted shopping together in West Hollywood over the years.
A statement released by his family today reads: "It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of
"Darius was found unresponsive in bed in his apartment room in Rochester, Minnesota, on August 11 and was pronounced dead in the afternoon by the local medical examiners' office.
"The local police department have confirmed that there were no signs of intent or suspicious circumstances.
"The cause of his sudden death is unknown at this stage while medical examinations continue.
"We ask that you kindly respect our wishes for privacy at this time whilst we come to terms with the tragic loss of our son and brother."

The Sun obtained the police dispatch call placed at 11.53am when a "medical" team was requested for a “possible deceased” person.
Minutes later, another call came through from an operator saying: “No need for them to respond. We'll be waiting for RPD [Rochester Police Department] to arrive on the scene. We'll secure the residence."
The Public Information Officer for the Rochester Police Department said in a statement to The Sun: “Officers responded to a deceased person call at 11.53am on August 11.
“The Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner’s Office identified the person as Darius Campbell, age 41.”
“The investigation into the cause of his death is still pending. There is no known threat to the public.”
The Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner’s Office also confirmed to The Sun: "The cause of death is still pending and not yet available."
We revealed Darius was set to star in a Pop Idol reunion show in Britain in the coming weeks and was said to be “really excited”.
The performer found fame in 2001 after performing an iconic cover of Britney Spears' Hit Me Baby One More Time on Popstars. Later that year he finished third to Gareth Gates and Will young on Pop Idol.
Show judge Pete Waterman also revealed he'd been in talks with Darius about reviving his music career.

But in an interview with Good morning Britain, he said he valued their friendship too much to potentially muddy it with business.

The music legend added that he thought Darius had the talent to be bigger than Michael Buble but was maybe too nice to make the tough decisions necessary to reach that level of stardom.
