Eamonn Holmes takes yet ANOTHER swipe at This Morning rivals Holly and Phil amid mounting ‘queue-jump’ backlash

EAMONN Holmes has taken another huge swipe at his This Morning rivals Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby amid their 'queue-jump' backlash.
The presenter, 62, couldn’t resist taking a pop at the pair by liking a meme of himself and wife Ruth Langsford laughing, with the words: “When you reach the front of the queue.”
The fan, sharing the image, captioned it: “I always preferred @EamonnHolmes and @RuthieeL #ThisMorning.”
They added: “There should be sacked Eamonn and Ruth are far better than them idiots.”
In response, Eamonn made his feelings on the situation very clear – as he posted a series of praying hands.
It comes following uproar as Phil and Holly Willoughby appeared inside Westminster Hall to see the Queen lying-in-state without having joined the queue.

Members of the public were left furious as the TV hosts appeared to skip the long line, after some of them waited for up to 14 hours.
Holly, 42, and Phil, 60, addressed the backlash yesterday as they insisted they would "never skip a queue".
They said: "We of course respected those rules however we realised that it may have looked like something else and therefore we totally understand the reaction.
"Please know that we would never jump a queue."

Eamonn and wife Ruth were dropped from their Friday morning slot on the programme in November 2020 after 14 years.
Since then, Eamonn has made no bones about his feelings for his former colleague, Phil.
He told the back in February that he found Phil to be "very passive aggressive" and said he was "renowned for snubbing people".
