BBC Breakfast's Sally Nugent was replaced and Jon Kay left the studio in a major presenter shake up today.
A new week saw some major changes on BBC Breakfast as Jon headed to Downing Street to cover the ongoing situation with the UK Government.

Following Liz Truss's resignation last week, the race is on to find the next Prime Minister and leader of the Conservative Party, and Jon was on hand outside Number 10 with all the updates.
Jon, 52, usually presents alongside Sally, 51, from Monday to Wednesday but his co-host was nowhere to be seen today.
Instead, Victoria Fritz presented alone from the red sofa in Salford, looking fantastic in a hot pink trouser suit.
Viewers were loving her bold ensemble and presence on the show, with one tweeting: "@VFritzNews looking stunning on #bbcbreakfast this morning."

A third tweeted: "Loving #harryhill and Victoria is my new favourite on #bbcbreakfast."
However viewers also commented on Victoria's 'awkward' interview with funnyman Harry Hill.
Harry, 58, appeared on the show alongside a puppet called Gary, which Victoria admitted she found "creepy".

Victoria asked Harry about how he coped in lockdown, his upcoming tour, and the current political climate, to which Harry replied: "I allocate people into two groups tray-bakes or tears-and-shares."
Victoria didn't know what to say, simply replying "OK", and viewers commented on the interview.
One wrote: "what the HECK is the interview with Harry Hill - car crash TV."
Another added: "That Harry Hill interview on BBC Breakfast was... bizarre."
A third tweeted: "This interview with Harry Hill is awful. trying their best to make sense out of Hill. #bbcbreakfast."
