Viewers watched as senior doctor Lucinda Edwards made a series of challenging choices while working a shift.

But that wasn't the only complaint viewers had after watching the first episode.

Many moaned that they couldn't hear what was going on during the first few minutes.

Taking to Twitter, one viewer penned: "Can't hear a word they are saying, anyone else?"

A second added: "This looks good - is anyone else struggling to understand the dialogue?"

A third wrote: "I can't understand what they are saying, they are speaking too fast."

A fourth raged: "This is so annoying! I can barely hear anything."

A fifth echoed: "Struggling to understand what is being said, so annoying!"

Actress Niamh Algar leads the cast as Dr Lucinda Edwards, who is caught up in a malpractice case.
