Devastated Springwatch fans all say the same thing after Chris Packham’s latest social media post

SPRINGWATCH fans have been left devastated after Chris Packham's latest social media post.
The beloved BBC Two wildlife show aired its last episode of the year on Thursday night.
Viewers are devastated to realise they won't see the show again until Winterwatch in January - as Autumnwatch was cancelled earlier this year.
Now host, Chris has shared an adorable update with his followers on Twitter as he posted a picture of a fox.
He penned: "This is Ajax , the urban fox . I like him . Thank you."
After he tweeted the stunning snap of the animal, fans rushed to express their thoughts.

Taking to Twitter to vent, one fan wrote: "Why no Autumnwatch though Chris??"
A second asked: "Is there no Autumnwatch this year??"
A third wrote: "Heartbroken that it’s over and that there will be no Autumnwatch! Best show on TV. My fave nest/shocker was the same - Goldcrest nest."
In the last episode, Chris told viewers: "Welcome to Springwatch 2023, it's the final programme coming to you live from RSPB Arne Nature Reserve on the south coast of Dorset.
