Charlie, 56, starred in the hit series alongside fellow gardening legend Alan Titchmarsh, 74 until 2005.

On the show she was a hit with viewers as she was known for going braless as she worked on the innovative garden programme.

Although she has grown older, her pin-up status remained with the crew of her show Garden Rescue.

In a recently resurfaced interview from 2016, Charlie confirmed to that her nickname on the set was 'Horticultural Viagra'.

The saucy moniker was given to her due to her refusal to wear a bra underneath her trademark vests.

However, the nature star also admitted that she thought all the talk around her braless TV days was "so silly" as it happened such a "long time ago."

In another resurfaced interview with the guardian she said: "All the fuss about me not wearing a bra is funny.

"I was never one of the girls that boys went out with. I never was. So to suddenly be sexy is ridiculous, really."

She added: "Yeah, it is projected, and that’s what’s silly about it.

"You have never been sexy before and it’s not like you’re Caprice or someone stunningly good-looking."
