LOVE Island star Laura Anderson has given birth to a baby girl.

The 34-year-old announced on Instagram she's a proud new mum, sharing a pic and telling fans: "Hi everyone, my name is Bonnie Rose Lucy Anderson.

"I was born 02/09/23 at 06.03am and weighed 6.10lbs.

"My mummy and daddy are sooo in happy and in love with me, this is our first week together.

"I'm sorry it's taken me some time to introduce myself, I hurt mummy a little bit and scared daddy too (oops) we're all now recovering well at home."

Laura hasn't had an easy pregnancy, having broken up with the father of her child, Gary Lucy.

The former couple met on Celebs Go Dating, but endured a bitter break up months after announcing they were to be parents.

Laura admitted she and Gary are "definitely not" on good terms following their split.

She said there is no chance of them getting back together, when quizzed during a Q&A.

Laura initially wanted to "reconcile" with Gary, 41, after, but admitted a change of heart "because of things I found out".

Divorced Gary — who has two sons and two daughters with his former wife, Natasha — claimed Laura dumped him following a series of rows and his refusal to move to her native Scotland.

Laura spoke out to deny this - leaving fans in the dark as to the real reason why they parted ways.

In an exclusive interview with The Sun, Gary vowed to "never stop loving her" - and said he was “gutted” when Laura ended their relationship.

The former Footballers’ Wives actor came under fire when he announced the former couple are expecting a girl without Laura's consent.

He still has hopes the pair can set their distance differences aside

Former hairdresser and flight attendant Laura, who appeared on Love Island in 2018, recently moved into a new home ahead of giving birth.
