Huge ITV game show with celebrity host pulled off air in latest schedule shake-up

A HUGE ITV game show has been pulled off air in the latest schedule shake-up.
The broadcaster has been making major changes to its slate of shows on offer this autumn.
One of the casualties is Who Wants To Be A Millionaire which has been shelved for this year.
The iconic quiz show, that's presented by Jeremy Clarkson, was due to air over the coming months.
However, ITV has had to drop shows from its schedule to make room for the Rugby World Cup.
It's meant the show, which was originally hosted by Chris Tarrant and rebooted in 2018, won't be back until 2024.
Other big shows have been pulled from the schedule which has left fans devastated.
Popular drama Grantchester has had its ninth series delayed until next year.
ITV also confirmed that Jonathan Ross' Saturday night chat show will also not air as expected.
Instead Jonathan, 62, will be back on air early next year for the show's whopping 21st series.
ITV bosses were previously forced to confirm that Jeremy Clarkson had not been axed from Who Wants To Be A Millionaire.
They took the unusual step of spelling out the situation amid rumours he was losing his job fronting Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?
Speculation was fuelled by an article in in which ITV chief exec Carolyn McCall said: “We have a contract.
"We’re contracted to this [season], so we will do that. And then we have no future commitments.
“And we haven’t made any statements about that.”
This was misinterpreted as confirmation that The Sun columnist would be dropped by the Saturday night quiz show after a five-year run.
