Yet taking time away from the show on a sun-soaked break seems to be doing her the world of good.
The stylish star opted for a long-sleeve semi-sheer cover up in beige for her day on the sands.
The plunging neckline and metal hoop detail drew attention to her figure and gave a sneak peek at the beige bikini underneath.

Amber finished off her look with a designer Loewe bag and Louis Vuitton sandals, while clutching a pair of sunglasses in her left hand.
She managed to flash a smile for the camera as she glanced over one shoulder in a sassy pose captured for her Instagram page.
Amber posted in her caption: "Chill days at Drift," referring to the DRIFT Beach Club in the holiday hotspot.
Her TOWIE BFF Chloe Meadows commented: "Miss you x" before Amber wrote: "Miss you more," followed by a red Emoji love heart.

In recent scenes, Amber teared up as the pair had a mutual debrief about the breakdown of their six-year romance.
In scenes on the show, Amber asked her ex-boyfriend Dan Edgar: "It just frustrates me that you say you miss the person that I was.
"It's like you miss that, you miss it when it when it's gone. It's like why did you let it get to a point where, when that was gone?"
To which Dan replied: "You started doing things that you regret and that now you can't change.
"And that is the sad fact of the relationship, and that is why we're now sitting here in this position.

To which, she tearfully acknowledged: "I know, I f***** up."
