All other Beeb Saturday night primetime shows will also be shifted so they can broadcast the Festival of Remembrance for viewers at 9pm.

This means the Strictly live show will kick off at 6.05pm, instead of the usual start time of 7.20pm.

The change is happening as this season of Strictly reaches its halfway point.

So far there has already been plenty of drama, from fix rows to new flames.

Fans slammed the judges when Adam Thomas was axed from the show, claiming that Angela Rippon was unfairly saved from elimination despite blunders.

One pair of dancers sparked speculation that romance has blossomed between them as Vito Coppola referred to Ellie Leach as "my baby".

And Annabel Croft has been powering through with some tear-jerking performances despite battling with grief after her beloved husband Mel Coleman died earlier this year.

Show host Claudia Winkleman has confirmed that Blackpool is now just two weeks away.
