Netflix finally confirms Bridgerton season 3 release date – but fans are not happy

NETFLIX has finally confirmed Bridgerton season 3's release date - but fans are not happy.
Last year in June, Netflix released the first look at the third series of the hit periodic drama.
But now Netflix has confirmed that season 3 will hit screens in May and June 2024.
Part 1 will launch on May 16, 2024 and part 2 will launch on June 13.
And it seems fans are not too happy about it being released in two parts, as many took to X/Twitter to complain.
One angry fan said: "BRIDGERTON SEASON THREE IS RELEASING IN MAY???? AND IT'S TWO PARTS???? God what made me deserve this cruel fate."

The Sun also revealed last year in June that, the upcoming episodes will follow the character of Penelope Featherington, (played by Nicola Coughlan) a love-sick teen who is head over heels for her friend, Colin Bridgerton (played by Luke Newton).
The series regulars will all be returning for the third season.
In May 2022, it was confirmed that the third instalment of Bridgerton will stray from the original novels written by Julia Quinn.
