‘It’s making a mockery of the show’ rants fuming Strictly legend as he hits out at ‘professional dancer’ Layton Williams

STRICTLY Come Dancing legend James Jordan has lashed out at the show for allowing Layton Williams to compete as he suggested it could make a 'mockery' of the show.
The former show legend was known for being very outspoken on the show and regularly shares his views on the BBC contest with fans online.
James has now shared his thoughts on West End star Layton Williams who has been subjected to criticism over his inclusion on the show as a result of his previous dancing experience.
Whilst James praised Layton's phenomenal abilities and insisted he was the 'best dancer' the show had seen, he questioned whether he should have even been on the line-up in the first place.
Speaking to Hello magazine, James suggested Layton was just as good as the pro dancers as he asked if that made it "right".
The star said: "It’s the best dance I’ve seen in any of the Strictly Come Dancing’s all round the world.

"I loved it, I watched it and thought oh my god that was epic, but does that make it right."
He continued to say that Layton's appearance had 'tainted' when Strictly was truly about as he inferred that no other competitor stood a chance next to the star.
James added: "Is that what Strictly is supposed to be. Is that what Strictly has come to that we have fully-trained dancers on the show? For me, it’s not what Strictly is supposed to be.
"It was so good but what is everyone else supposed to do. So for me, I would say to anyone who is thinking of doing Strictly, don’t do Strictly unless you’re a trained dancer."

Fuelling claims that Layton could be making a "mockery" of the show, he told how by having a perfect score from the judging panel he was almost guaranteed to sail to the final.
Giving a behind the scenes insight, he told Hello that having been placed at the top of the leaderboard, Layton would have received "four points" added to his overall vote score.
James said if Layton received the fewest public votes then this would amass to an overall score of five but went onto share how as EastEnders star Bobby Brazier fell third on the leaderboard, resulting in two points, even if he beat Layton in the public vote by scoring third again, his extra two points would only take him to a total score of four.
He said: “I’m not saying it makes a mockery of the show but it makes it a bit confusing.
"He is a professional dancer and we’re watching performances that none of the professionals on the show can do what he did. Even the professionals aren’t as good as him.”
