FAYE Tozer previously revealed that she was in 'agony' and 'covered in bruises' after working with 'determined' Giovanni Pernice on Strictly.
The singer, 48, took part in the 16th series of the BBC dance competition in 2018.
Faye and Giovanni placed second in the show, just behind winners Stacey Dooley and Kevin Clifton.
A year later she appeared on Lorraine to talk to Christine Lampard about her time on Strictly ahead of that year's series.
Christine told her that she was "fabulous" and "effortless" on the dance floor.
Faye replied: "Looked effortless!” I was in agony [most of the time].

“They work you so, so hard but what an amazing show of and part of the family now.
“People who have been on the show before, there’s this camaraderie of people who have got through it and done it."
The star also previously spoke to about much training for the show took out of her.
Faye said: “I’m 43 soon and I’m working my body so hard. If you roll around on the floor 20 times a day, you’re going to get bruises.”

She then spoke highly of Giovanni.
“I love him. He’s so determined," Faye said.
“He’s a real competitor and knows the show inside out. He’s such an amazing choreographer and he takes risks.
“He doesn’t get a day off.
“There’s so much pressure on the pros and they make us feel so welcome and like we can achieve anything.”
It comes after The Sun revealed Amanda Abbington, 51, demanded for footage of her rehearsals with Giovanni following on from clashes between the pair.
The two were put together on last year's series of the BBC dance show.
They managed five weeks until the actress quit for "personal reasons".
