Bargain Hunt guests take brutal swipe at stunned expert – as BBC fans blast him for ‘sabotage’

A BARGAIN Hunt expert got put on blast during a recent episode of the game show as he got blamed for 'sabotaging' two guests.
Nick Hall was assigned to the red team on a recent episode of the BBC show.
His job was to help father and son duo Stephen and Chris with tracking down the most valuable antiques at a fair.
They were up against married couple Katie and Ben, with both teams racing to make the largest profit at auction.
Each group was given £300 to spend on their items, and the red team initially aimed to splash out on "silly and quirky items".
Stephen and Chris bought a telescope, lamps, and vintage step ladders on their own before turning to Nick for help.

The expert advised them to purchase an English Oak dresser he found at the venue for £180.
The two men were not completely convinced by his pitch, and went on to play a game of rock paper scissors to help them decide whether to buy it or not.
In the end the piece of furniture turned out to be a total mistake, landing them in debt.
The red team only managed to sell the dresser for £110, finishing off Bargain Hunt with minus £68.

Presenter Charlie Ross made a joke about the fateful purchase, saying: "Well reds, I have some sombre news for you really. Do you realise that if you never met Nick Hall, you would have made a profit?"
The unhappy duo responded: "That had occurred to us yes."
However, Charlie pointed out that they would have lost the competition anyway, as the blue team made a profit of £66.
