‘That is sick’ rage Love Island fans as Liberty and Mitch are axed in shock villa cull

LOVE Island fans were left in shock tonight as Liberty Poole and Mitchel Taylor were brutally axed from the villa.

The eliminated pair were voted the least popular couple by the public and as a result were forced to leave the South African compound.

Host Maya Jama broke the news to the islanders after arriving in dramatic fashion.

She told them: "Hello islanders, can you come and join me by the pool please?

"I need you all to line up in this order..."

Molly and Tom led the line followed by Georgia Steel and Callum Jones.

At the tail end was Arabella Chi and Toby Aromolaran followed by final pairing Liberty and Mitch.

Maya then said: "I've put you in this order for a reason. The public have been voting for their favourite couple. The order you are standing in is how the public have voted.

"Molly and Tom, you were voted as the most favourite couple. And Liberty and Mitch, you are the least favourite couple. How does that make you feel?" 

Liberty said: "It's understandable considering the last week, so I get it."

Mitch said: "This is probably the only thing we can agree on [laughs]."

But the laughing soon stopped when Maya told them: "Liberty and Mitch as you are the least favourite couple, your time on All Stars is now over. Please leave immediately." 

The pair shared an emotional farewell with the other islanders, before Maya dropped another bomb.

She said: "All Stars, things are about to get interesting...two more Islanders will be leaving tonight. And that decision will be down to you."

The islanders gasped in shock, though their decision won't be seen until tomorrow evening.

Viewers were stunned by Liberty and Mitch's departure with one writing on X: "OH THAT IS SICK?"

Another said: "Liberty! see what happens when you couple up with useless demons like Miitch? now my fave girl is gone."

A third said: "Can’t deny losing messy Mitch is a bit of a loss for the entertainment of the show. Bro makes drama."
