The beloved TV star, 35, spoke exclusively to The Sun's TV Mag about the trolling he's faced.

He explained: "Mainly on social media, not as much in real life, but I went through a period where it was in real life.

"Now I think people probably see me a lot more and understand me a bit more with the jobs I do.

"Social media, I mean, look, if I was to sit there and retweet every bad thing everyone has ever written about me, we’d need to build a whole new platform when it comes down to my sexuality, but the way that I look at it, maybe I’ve been doing it too long where it’s quite numb now."

Rylan has teamed up with Rio Ferdinand for a brand new documentary that explores homophobia in football.

Airing on sports channel TNT, the former Big Brother host will also hear from Thomas Hitzlsperger and Jen Beattie.

"I’m the one that they’re talking about and I’m the one seeing it, you’re sat at home writing about it and at the end of the day, I just check my bank account and go: ‘F*** you, I’m rich'," he continued.

"Literally, that’s how I look at it. I know I’m a good person. If I do something wrong or I’m an a*****e, then throw it at
me, I deserve it, but when I’m not I’m like: ‘It don’t bother me, I know I’ve done fuck all wrong'."
