BRACE yourself for more mind-boggling riddles as ITV’s The 1% Club returns to TV screens this weekend.
Fronted by BAFTA-nominated comedian Lee Mack, it sees 100 contestants tackle 15 questions to take home a top prize of £100,000.

Unlike other game shows, there’s no need to swot up on general knowledge, history, sport or other pub quiz staples, because the key to winning is common sense and logic.
It starts with a question 90 per cent of the public answered correctly, and works up to the final round, where just one per cent of the polled group got it right.
The show, which averaged 4.5million viewers last series, regularly sparks squabbles in living rooms across the nation - and presenter Lee couldn’t be happier about that.
He says: “Once again I am delighted to cause household arguments, as kids mock their parents for being not as bright as them.

80% - C for club comes before O for one or P for per cent.
70% - Five.

45% - There are two nines on the clock.

30% - All forms of transport - Boat, Plane, Train and Ship.
25% - Paper.
20% - Five - 1, 10, 11 and 12. Many forget there are two ones in 11.
15% - No.12 - the 26 houses represent the 26 letters of the alphabet, so Bea is B and lives at No.2, Em is M and lives at No.13 and Elle is L lives at No.12.

5% - Arrow No.8, it’s the only one that doesn’t point to another arrow.
