SET in tropical southern India, ITV's The Good Karma Hospital is making its return to TV.

Season 4 of the hit drama is back on the box on Sunday (January 23, 2022) and along with it comes actor Darshan Jariwala.

Who is Darshan Jariwala?

Darshan is an award-winning film, TV and stage actor from Mumbai.

His mum is the veteran Gurjarati actress Leela Jariwala.

Darshan won a National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in 2007 film Gandhi, My Father - the movie which really put him on the international map.

What TV shows and films has Darshan Jariwala starred in?

Darshan joined the cast of The Good Karma Hospital when it started back in 2017.

He also starred in Saas Bina Sasural, a TV series which aired in India between 2010 and 2012, popular TV series Narsinh Mehta, and co-produced an English play in which he also acted.

He has also starred in around 50 Bollywood films.

Is Darshan Jariwala married?

Since 1980, Darshan married to Indian TV personality and fellow Bollywood actress Apara Mehta.

The couple have one daughter together,

Sadly they are now separated, but it is believed they not officially divorced.
