Former Loose Men Jordan Banjo and Brian Conley will be joined in the studio for the first time by Jeff Brazier and Craig Doyle, who will be making their debuts.

This is to mark this year’s International Men’s Day, so the panel will open up on the topics affecting them and others today.

The topics include the taboos around men’s mental health and physical wellness.

Brian told viewers: “We’ll be bringing you, big bold conversation, where nothing is off the table.”

Jeff added: “And sharing the highs and lows of family life from a male perspective.”

First-time Loose Men panellist Craig Doyle said: “It’s so important for us all to talk more - because the more we talk, the more we can look out for each other.

"People can be ‘boiling kettles’ and have all this steam building up inside, sometimes we just have to take the lid off and let it go.

"Often a conversation with friends is the way to do that, which is why shows like Loose Women and Loose Men are hugely important in encouraging open conversation and letting people know it’s okay to be vulnerable.

“Doing Loose Men for the first time is a really cool opportunity because when I go on television, it’s usually my job to ask other people questions and we don’t always give that much of ourselves away.

" I think it’s hugely important to show that we all should all be more open. I’m sure the panel are going to get to know each other very quickly and hopefully get other people talking too and do some good. The perfect combination if we can give people a few laughs at the same time!”

Loose Women’s Christine Lampard robbed in ‘broad daylight’ - and security ‘did nothing’

Jeff Brazier added: “I’m proud to be one of those occasional reminders for guys, that there is another option when it comes to how we cope with our challenges...

"Since I learnt to approach my problems with honesty and humility, instead of refusing to feel anything negative, I’ve realised that sharing my vulnerability without worrying about appearing weak or unattractive helps us to cope far better.

“I actually like sharing my mistakes and flaws because I know it makes me more accessible to others that might think they’re the only ones experiencing whatever they’re going through.

"We’re all holding on to something difficult, which is one of the reasons why being on the Loose Men panel and having the chance to talk openly is a privilege that I’m very grateful for.”

Loose Men airs on Tuesday 19th November from 12.30pm on ITV1 and is available on ITVX.
