The hit series follows, Scott Calvin who is on the brink of his 65th birthday and who is finally ready to retire as Santa Claus.
As he starts to lose his Santa abilities and duties due to age he starts to look for a successor.
Scott then sets out to find the suitable replacement whilst preparing his family for a new life back in the ‘real’ world.

Scott Calvin is played by none other than Hollywood legend Tim Allen, 71, who is both the on-screen and off-screen dad to Elizabeth.
The Dad-of-two shot to fame with his acting career in 1991 when he appeared on the US sitcom, Home Improvement which aired for eight years.
Prior to his acting debut Allen began his career as a stand-up comedian during the late 1970s.
In 1995 the actor voiced the iconic space ranger Buzz Lightyear from Pixar’s hit movie franchise Toy Story.

Three years after the couples divorce Allen married actress , welcoming their daughter Elizabeth in 2009.
Elizabeth even starred alongside her mom last year in a US comedy series called Thee Third Act.
After working on set with her dad, Elizabeth told , back in 2023: "It was just so much fun.
"'It was never stressful.
"I never felt like I had one day of work throughout the two months of shooting."
