BRITAIN’S Got Talent judge Amanda Holden broke the rules tonight - as an audience member got the chance to audition after shouting out.

The judge hit a second Golden Buzzer after singer Max Fox was given the chance to audition after he begged head judge Simon Cowell to let him from his seat in the audience.

Max jumped up during a break in auditions and attracted Simon’s attention - with the music mogul agreeing to give him a shot.

Producers swore to Simon it wasn’t a set up and Max was allowed to sing Frank Sinatra’s My Way for his audition.

Speaking on stage he said: “I turned around to a couple of ladies behind and they said give it a chance and do it, so I did.”

He performed the classic hit - much to the joy of the audience and the judges.

But with the crowd demanding a Golden Buzzer moment, it was Amanda Holden who obliged.

She hit the button - despite not having one left - and delighted Max in the process.

As she joined him on stage, she said: “I feel like I’m in a movie.”

Back on the panel, she added: “Just to say I’ve already pressed my Golden Buzzer so I guess I’m in a lot of trouble because that’s my second Golden Buzzer.”

Max told her: “I just can’t believe it. It’s the greatest day of my life.”

But despite everything, Simon still didn’t believe it wasn’t a set up.

Walking up on stage to join Max he said: “You swear that wasn’t a set up?”

“I promise, I promise. I’ve even got my audience ticket,” Max replied and when he showed it to Simon, the mogul said: “Chris almighty.”

Britain's Got Talent Judges

The ITV talent show wouldn't be the same without the four charismatic judges who put the contestants through their paces.

Simon Cowell is the staple of Britain's Got Talent and resumes his role as head judge. The mogul is one of the most iconic figures in music and is responsible for offsetting the careers of many performers around the world.

Amanda Holden has been a judge on Britain's Got Talent since it first started in 2007. The sexy star is a firm fixture on the judging panel, which has helped her to become a household name.

Alesha Dixon is back to judge the new series of Britain's Got Talent. The TV star joined the panel back in 2012 and quickly became a fan favourite.

Bruno Tonioli makes up the fab four. After leaving Strictly, he decided to move over to ITV and is the newest BGT judge after replacing David Walliams.

He added: “Well good for you. The audience just went nuts. Good for you, no really. You fooled me.”

Max has won his place into the next round with the live shows beginning next Saturday.
