TV Baftas 2025: Maura Higgins, Tasha Ghouri and Ella Morgan lead the glamour as stars arrive on glitzy red carpet

MAURA Higgins stole the show at the Bafta TV Awards yesterday arriving in a ballgown worthy of an A-list event.
The Love Island legend made her big arrival at the Royal Festival Hall in a halter neck dress with a billowing skirt as she worked the cameras like a pro.
Maura, 34, has kept a low profile since her drunken kiss with Danny Jones in March at a Brits after-party.
She has largely shunned the spotlight save for a red carpet appearance at the F1 75 event at London's O2 and modelling shoots in the US.
But she was back with a bang for the prestigious Bafta Television Awards with P&O Cruises.
Strictly finalist Tasha Ghouri wowed in a white corseted dress that showcased her slender middle, while Mafs' Ella caught the eye in a black dress with a huge white feathered train.
The trans rights advocate made a statement by showing her bag emblazoned with the words: "Trans men are men."
Emily Atack wowed in a white dress with pointy shoulders and a thigh-high split.
This Morning's Ashley James went for a classy baby blue off-the-shoulder gown while Love Island's Malin Andersson looked great in a coral number.
The Traitors winner Leanne Quigley made the most of her first Baftas in a very glam dress full of sparkle.
JLS's JB Gill rocking a purple velvet suit and Celebrity Bear Hunt's Kola Bokinni opted for a traditional suit, which never fails to impress.
Kemi Rodgers reflected the glorious sunshine in a bright yellow dress, while Steps' Faye Tozer was understated in a royal blue dress.
The glittering event at the Royal Festival Hall on the Southbank saw the great and good of the TV world celebrate their successes from the past year.
This year's nominations closely aligned with what went down well with viewers over the course of the past year.
Niche and woke selections had largely been swapped out in favour of mainstream hits and big viewing figures.
Reality favourite The Traitors, entertainment shows Saturday Night Take- away and Michael McIntyre’s Big Show plus hit dramas Blue Lights and The Responder were all nominated.
And fan favourites such as Strictly, Graham Norton and Dragons’ Den were in the running, too.
The celebratory mood inside the iconic venue was aided by bottles of Bafta's official wine sponsor, Casillero del Diablo, with celebs enjoying a plentiful supply of red, white and rosé.
Telly hardman Danny Dyer took home his first ever Bafta – after swapping Albert Square for a Sky comedy drama.
He bagged the gong for Male Performance In A Comedy for his role as estranged brother Lee Campbell in hit series Mr Bigstuff.
But Danny may be another winner for the amount of expletives he managed to fit in to his acceptance speech.
Emotional after finally bagging his first Bafta award, Danny thanked Sky for "giving the show a shot" before declaring: "F***ing hell, I'm choked up."
While he managed to contain himself for a while, he let slip again multiple times when he paid tribute to the show's writer and his co-star, Ryan Sampson.
Meanwhile his former soap EastEnders won the TV BAFTA for best soap after their rival Emmerdale was forced to withdraw from the nominations.
