JAMES "Arg" Argent posed topless in the gym after moving back into his mum's house following his split from Gemma Collins.
The 31-year-old star vowed to have the "biggest comeback of 2020" as he adapted to life as a single man.
Earlier this week, the former Towie favourite was spotted looking lonely as he waited for a taxi to come and pick him and his luggage up to move in with his mum.
Clutching a Gucci holdall, Arg was dressed down in a black tracksuit with red stripe detailing.
And it didn't take him long to settle back into local life, sharing a snap of himself at his old gym to his Instagram page shortly afterwards.
Posing topless with a towel wrapped around his waist, Arg is wearing a swim hat, goggles, and white sliders as he holds onto his gym gear in yet another bag.
Tagging his location as David Lloyd Clubs, he captioned the inspiring snap: "I’m going to have the biggest comeback of 2020!!!
"After a few years of absence I’m now officially a member of @davidlloydchigwellofficial My first swim since attempting the epic challenge of the #EnglishChannel Its good to be back!"
Last month, Arg took part in Channel 4's Sink Or Swim, which saw a group of celebs attempt to swim across the English Channel for Stand Up To Cancer.

His lifestyle overhaul comes after it was revealed that Arg has split from Gemma once again after a rocky nine months.
The pair's first split of the year came in February when The Sun Online revealed that Gemma had kicked him out of her Essex home after he fat-shamed her, telling the diva that she has "more rolls than Greggs".
Gemma has since lost an impressive three stone, and the pair got back together in May but it has been tumultuous ever since.
