Strictly’s Michelle Visage joins stars as they get the bus to Blackpool Tower for show day
MICHELLE Visage and her Strictly Come Dancing cast mates hopped aboard a bus to get to Blackpool tower this morning to prepare for tonight's big show.
The stars of the BBC hit shunned fancy private cars for public transport as they made their way to the iconic venue.
The RuPaul's Drag Race UK star, 51, was joined by her partner Giovanni Pernice, Chris Ramsay and his pro Karen Hauer, AJ Pritchard and Saffron Barker and Karim Zeroual and Amy Dowden.
It was funny man Chris who shared a group selfie on his instagram page today, captioned: "Bus to the tower!"
And their fans were loving how the group were keeping it real with their chosen mode of transport.
"Hahaha Gio has never been on a bus before!" commented one follower.
"Not a tram?" asked another.
A third joked: "School trip!"
And a fourth teased: "You need to get to sing “Stop the bus bus I need a wee wee” song."
The remaining celebs and their professionals have all been excited to make it to Blackpool, the annual event that is considered a milestone in the Strictly calendar.
Yesterday, Chris also shared a group selfie on the train up to the north.
He and Karen took the train from London with Michelle and Gio, as well as Alex Scott and her partner Neil Jones.
Chris made a reference to Friends character Joey Tribbiani in the caption, posting: "*Joey Voice* “BLACKPOOL BABY!”
And the stars headed straight to the ballroom as soon as they arrived in the Vegas of the North for rehearsals.
Saffron and Michelle arrived clutching ' I Love Blackpool' carrier bags as they signed autographs outside for waiting fans.

Meanwhile others arrived with sticks of famous Blackpool rock and Alijaz Skorjanec sported sunglasses with the name of the seaside town on them.
All the celebrities were desperate to make it to week nine so they could perform on Blackpool's famous stage.
Last weekend BBC sports presenter Mike Bushell and his dance partner Katya Jones got the boot and just missed out on the trip after ending up in the dance-off yet again.
