AFTER 20 years together Sir Rod Stewart and Penny Lancaster still look like his 1981 hit – Young Turks.

As we showed you yesterday, Loose Women presenter Penny, 48, shared Instragram pictures of the couple from 1999 when she met the singer and from 2019.

Rod, 74, looks a little craggier but still in great nick for a septuagenarian, while Penny has barely aged at all.
