Appearing on This Morning today to offer legal advice, the TV judge told hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield: "I'm just through the other side after 20 days. I'm feeling better."

Admitting he doesn't know if he had the deadly bug because he wasn't tested, he said: "Front line NHS staff can't get tests so I refused to pay for one.

"I had a terrible temperature, appalling cough and was lying with my feet on the ground with my head on the bed in a coma watching Keeping Up With The Kardashians so I must have been really ill."

Series 18 of launched this week, but there are constant repeats of the reality show played on E! throughout the day.

Now that Robert's a fan, he'll know  hasn't officially quit the show, but she is taking a step back - so won't be on screen as much as before.

The show has been renewed for a 19 season, but its not yet known if Kourtney will be in it.

She has become more and more vocal about wanting to leave, and maybe this means she won't be in the next series.
