KILLING Eve boss confirms if Konstantin murdered Kenny after a brutal showdown with Carolyn.
The show's executive producer Sally Woodward Gentle, 56, has addressed the big twist in the finale of season 3.
Konstantin (Kim Bodnia) was held at gunpoint by Carolyn (Fiona Shaw) after she discovered he had visited the late Kenny before his death.
He claimed Kenny accidentally fell to his death after he tried to recruit him as part of The Twelve.
Carolyn spared him and Konstantin survived by the skin of his teeth, but the show's producer Sally believes viewers shouldn't listen to unreliable character has to say.
She told Entertainment Weekly: "I don't think we should ever believe Konstantin."
"He's going to say anything to get out of a sticky situation. And he's clearly absolutely terrified for his life. He believes that Carolyn will pull that trigger, and he calls on Villanelle. And that is, for me, heartbreaking."
She added: "I think it's actually a brilliant performance. But in two seconds he's walking out of there like he's got away with it – and not only that, he's taking the Russian dolls wrapped up in the plastic bag.
"I don't think you should ever trust Konstantin with anything. Ever."
Executive producer Sally Woodward Gentle joked that she wanted to take a different path to previous season finales, as Eve and Villanelle had a touching moment together on the bridge as they couldn't go their separate ways without looking back at each other.

"Well, I just think they couldn't get shot again. Or stabbed," she told Entertainment Weekly.
"Of course, they are on a bridge and there's all sorts of drama that could have happened there.”
She continued: "I think that what was really appealing was for both of them to have an honest conversation, which we rarely see – particularly with the revelation in the earlier scene that they were both complicit in somebody else's death.
“They both did it together, and in a way that's a good jumping-off point for a discussion about where they are.”
