Calvin Harris hospitalised in Los Angeles after horror car crash
DJ was taken to hospital by ambulance to treat cuts on his face following the terrifying road accident

CALVIN Harris has been hospitalised in Los Angeles following a terrifying car crash last night.
The DJ was taken to a medical centre in the city by ambulance after another vehicle ploughed into the car he was travelling in.
The Scottish star is believed to have been treated for cuts to his face, but a group of teenagers in the other vehicle are said to have sustained more serious injuries.
Calvin, who is dating pop superstar Taylor Swift, was the passenger in a Cadillac 4x4 which was travelling through LA when the accident occurred at around 11pm last night.
He was being driven to the airport to catch a flight to Las Vegas for his regular Friday night DJ set at Omnia nightclub.
Reports suggest a Volkswagen The Beetle Cabriolet crossed lanes into oncoming traffic and smashed into the star's car.
The VW was being driven by a 16-year-old girl and the rest of the passengers were all teenagers, according to TMZ.com.
Emergency workers raced to the scene, and Calvin's injuries were deemed serious enough for him to be transported to a local hospital by ambulance.
The website reports that after being taken to a medical centre, Calvin checked himself out "against medical advice".
One of the girls in the other car, who was sitting on her boyfriend's lap at the time of the crash, was thrown into the road and suffered a broken pelvis.
The driver of Calvin's car has not been named.
A representative for Calvin later posted a statement on his Facebook page revealing the accident prompted the DJ to cancel his DJ in Las Vegas.
Doctors have ordered Calvin, real name Adam Wiles, to rest so he can recover from his injuries.
The statement reads: "Adam's transport was involved in a collision this evening on the way to the airport. As a result he will be unable to perform at Omnia tonight.
"He has been examined by doctors and told to rest for a few days. - Calvin HQ."
Calvin's girlfriend Taylor has yet to comment on the accident, but fans have been flocking to social media to wish the DJ a speedy recovery.
One fan wrote in a post on Twitter: "@CalvinHarris feel well soon again. Praying for your speedy recovery..." and another added: "Sending you lots of love from your home country. Hope you're okay! @CalvinHarris..."
One tweeted: "@CalvinHarris sending you a hug buddy... Get some rest and let your girl take care of you..."
A representative for the nightclub reposted Calvin's statement on the venue's Facebook page.
It is not yet known whether the star will be well enough to fufill his upcoming commitments in the US - he is due to play at the Hangout Music Festival in Alabama tonight.
He also has a number of dates booked in Las Vegas over the upcoming bank holiday weekend.
