Will Smith slams 50 Cent in private messages after rapper’s derogatory comments toward Jada Pinkett Smith
50 Cent has shared private messages sent between himself and Will Smith in which Will curses out the rapper for making derogatory remarks towards Jada Pinkett Smith.
50, real name Curtis Jackson, shared the screengrabs on his Instagram, along with the caption: "Damn it's like that. What I do?"
In the messages, sent privately over Instagram, 50 contacted the actor in the hours after he appeared on Jada's Red Table Talk show and .
"You Will you alright over there? (sic)” 50 sent to which Will responded: “Yes I’m cool, I appreciate your concern my brother.”
50 then sent a follow-up which read: "But why she tell you that s**t on a show for everybody to see?"
The 51-year-old responded: “We broke up so she did her and I did me," but 50 didn't want to let it go, replying: "Then she said only SHE can give permission for somebody to blow her back out.”
It appears Will had reached his breaking point at this time, simply replying: "F**k you 50."
The 45-year-old rapper, apparently unaware of why his comment may have upset Will, replied: "Wait, what I do?" but it does not appear Will replied.
On Friday, admitted to a romantic relationship with rapper August Alsina while married to Will.
The actress, 48, appeared with her husband on her Red Table Talk chat show and explained the pair had met 27-year-old August - who would have been 23 at the time - through their 22-year-old son Jaden.
Jada said: "Four-and-a-half years ago [I] started a friendship with August and we became really, really good friends and it all started with him just needing some help, me wanting to help his health and mental state."
Speaking directly to Will in the heart-to-heart chat Jada shared: "The outpouring for him from our family was initially about his health.
"We found all those different resources to help pull him through and, from there, you and I were going through a very difficult time."
Will added: "I was done with your a**, marriages have that though," to which Jada said: "We broke up."

Pushing her to continue, Will asked: "And then what did you do, Jada?"
She replied: "As time went on I got into a different kind of entanglement with August."
When Will asked what she meant by entanglement his wife told him: "It was a relationship, absolutely."
