Kate Garraway’s kids are going through a ‘tough time’ as dad Derek Draper recovers from coma, says Roman Kemp

KATE Garraway's kids are going through a "tough time" as they wait for dad Derek Draper to make a recovery, says Roman Kemp.
The I'm A Celebrity star surprised his pal Kate on son Billy's birthday by arriving in his jungle gear.
The 11-year-old and his big sister Darcey had the most incredible party to cheer them up while their dad Derek remains comatose in hospital with "minimum consciousness".
Roman made a surprise visit to Kate's house after forming a close bond on I'm A Celebrity last year.
He told the Mirror: "It was really nice and lovely to see her and Bill and Darcey, they're going through a tough time.
"They've got some great friends and family around them doing their bit, she's doing incredible, she's a superhero.
"I think that it's a situation that no one can ever dream about being in but they're getting through it and they're doing a great job of it.
"All we can do is be there for her as much as possible."
The 27-year-old Capital FM presenter ended up bringing over his famous dad Martin, 58, to join in on the celebrations.
Lively Roman was in charge of an epic water fight in the back garden, dashing around with Kate's 14-year-old daughter Darcey as they drenched Billy and his mates.
Kate was thrilled that pals Roman, Martin and Myleene Klass turned out to make her son's birthday special after the family's horrendous last four months.
She said they will celebrate his 11th birthday again once Billy's seriously ill dad Derek Draper "gets better".
Speaking on GMB this week, Kate said: "Because of the situation with his dad being in hospital and all of the challenges we're facing with mixing at the moment, he’s (Billy) having four birthdays.
"The first one was with his friends on Saturday which was an absolute storm.
"Bill absolutely loved it, he was completely overwhelmed. He was emotional too of course.
"I said we’re going to do it all again when dad gets better."
