Teen Mom Jenelle Evans claims she ‘chose not to attend’ cancelled event due to ‘harassment and threats’

JENELLE Evans claimed that she didn't attend a recent canceled meet-and-greet due to "harassment and threats."
The alum took to her Instagram Stories to reveal to her fans why she was not in attendance at an event that was supposed to take place at a weed farm in Oregon.

She explained: "Rumor Alert! There was never an event I was 'supposed to appear at.'
"I am on a business trip and traveled for one specific reason."
She said: "I chose not to attend because of harassment and threats."
The former reality TV star then proceeded to apologize to people that were eager to see her in person.
She wrote: "Receiving a lot of messages and I'm sorry if you expected to meet me.
"There will be dates in the future for another opportunity to connect with me!"
This comes after the took to Instagram to reveal that Jenelle and her husband, , would be at their headquarters.
In a now deleted Instagram post featuring Jenelle in a tight yellow dress, the farm wrote: "TODAY come on down a get a taste of reality. Come Meet n Greet Jenelle Lauren Evans.
"[sic] Janelle is a reality television personality who rose to fame on MTV's Teen Mom 2."
In another post shared by the company, Jenelle stood next to David, 32, in another reminder that the pair would be there to meet fans.
The MTV alums were expected to use the event to make some money, especially since they have been financially struggling ever since they were .

Aside from that, Jenelle's makeup brand, JE Cosmetics, has received bad reviews due to poor quality, and she even attempted to afterwards.
Her former public relations representative, Johnny Donovan, told The Sun at the time: “She bought so many units. She purchased 2,000 eyebrow kits. It's the same kits.
"They were left at a warehouse. She’s trying to get rid of them since she was stuck with a lot.”
Jenelle has also tried to use video-sharing apps like TikTok and Cameo to make some money.
Jenelle has been charging fans $10 on Cameo for a direct message, and $75 for a video message, and claimed that she was teaming up with the app to raise some money.
