Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid split after seven months together

IN another shocking celebrity love split, Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid have called it quits.
The glamorous pair first got together late last year, shortly after Gigi, 21, split from Joe Jonas.
She went on to star in the music video for Zayn's first single, Pillowtalk and they recently made their first public appearance as a couple, attending the Met Ball in New York together.
They also appeared in a romantic shoot for Vogue magazine.
According to , the couple have had their ups and down and have previously split before.
A source told the US news outlet that they had been fighting at Gigi's 21st birthday celebrations in April and had "broken up and got back together a few times.
Another insider said: "Zayn and Gigi did break up, but they can likely get back together tomorrow. It's all very unclear what's going on between them now.

"They been having some issues lately that involved communication and getting along."
Another source said: "Gigi is really sad about this, though, and in a way would like to work it out.
"It's more about that constant contact with Zayn that she misses and they did get very close."
Gigi has since posted a cryptic message on her Snapchat of a card that said: "I know it's obvious but I love you".
As the news of the split broke, the supermodel appeared to be leaning on model pal Kendall Jenner for support as they posted pics together.
Zayn, 23, who was previously engaged to Perrie Edwards from Little Mix, recently said he was protective of his relationship with Gigi in the public eye.
He told Complex magazine: "I try to keep the two very separate. I try to, as much as I can. But there’s only so much you can do.
"I’m learning to deal with it. It’s just one of those things now, in the background. I just leave it as a bit of a noise in the background."
The pair first sparked rumours they were together after being spotted at the American Music Awards in November, weeks after Gigi had split from Joe Jonas.
At the time, a source said they "couldn't keep their hands off each other."
Despite being spotted looking loved-up on several dates around LA, the pair refuse to confirm their relationship.
Weeks later in January, their coupledom is all but confirmed when Gigi stars in a steamy video for his debut single, Pillowtalk.
A source told E News! the pair were professional on set but "it was very obvious that they were in love. They couldn't stop flirting with each other."
In February, Zayn finally confirms they're an item when a fan called into a radio interview and asked: "Was it cool to have your girlfriend in the video?"
Speaking on Zach & the Gang, he said: "Uh, yeah. That was cool. It was something different. We enjoyed it. It was fun."
After going public with their relationship the pair share lots of loved-up snaps on social media together.
They then jet off to Italy for a dreamy romantic with Vogue.
Speaking at the MTV Movie Awards in April, Gigi said she loved working with her other-half.
She told E! Online: "I wish I could be on set with him every day. It doesn't feel like work when he's there. It was really fun.
"We had the best time. It was an adventure to go where we shot it.
“He is a very good model. He’s so naturally good looking.
“The problem is he can do anything, he can change his hair colour a million times and looks great. He doesn’t need much help.”
Things were reportedly strained between the pair at her star-studded 21st birthday in LA in April but it looked like they had worked through their issues as they made their red carpet debut together at the Met Costume Gala in New York in May.
However, it seems their differences couldn't be resolved as the pair split this week but Gigi reportedly hopes they can patch things up.
