Britney Spears wants to remove dad from her conservatorship so she can have more children before it’s too late

BRITNEY Spears’ desire to expand her family is the driving force behind efforts to remove her father from her conservatorship.
Mom-of-two wants more kids rather than to pursue further and does not believe the court order allows her the freedom to do so.
A close friend said that the 38-year-old popstar, who is dating personal trainer Sam Asghari, wants to “expand her family” before it’s too late biologically to conceive.
The close friend told The Sun: “Britney wants to have a bigger family and currently her set-up is not aligned for that in the way she wants.
“She always hoped to have a brood of kids and she wants to get in a place to independently start a new family.
“That goal for Britney is one of the driving factors in her efforts to change the set-up of the conservatorship. She wants more independence over her life decisions.
“Her desire to work comes in a huge second to being a mother. She loves being a mom first and foremost and dotes on her kids.
“She feels that there is still time to have more children, but that would get in the way of any potential workload from an album or tour.”
Last week, Toxic singer Britney lost an initial bid to remove her father – through a conservatorship - following a court hearing in Los Angeles.
A judge ruled that she must still have her business and personal affairs overseen by Jamie – a legal move in place since her public breakdown in 2008.
Sources say that Jamie wants his daughter to continue with her music and career, while she wants time away from the limelight.
Pals claim that Britney would “love to have a couple of babies running around again” now that her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James are teenagers.
Dad Jamie’s court approved conservatorship oversees Britney ’s medications and regulates her co-custody deal with second husband Kevin Federline.
The source added: “Jamie and his daughter have endured times in their lives where they butted heads over different things.
“The next six months will determine what happens and whether Britney can show the judge that she is medically and physically fit make her own decisions.”
Britney’s lawyer Samuel Ingham is believed to be gathering medical and legal papers to dispute claims that the singer is not mentally capable of making her own decisions without Jamie.
The LA judge is tied by strict regulations in the case, which means that Mr Ingham has to show “just cause” and “evidence” of her recovery and independence.
Father Jamie banks close to $130,000 per year plus expenses to care for his daughter and oversee her $55 million dollar fortune.
