Emma Willis reveals that husband Matt hasn’t seen her in sexy lingerie since their wedding in 2008

EMMA Willis has revealed that her husband Matt hasn't seen her in sexy lingerie since their wedding in 2008 and that she owns 25 pair of the same pants.

The 44-year-old presenter said that she prefers for comfort over style any day opting for a pair of black cotton briefs daily.

Emma joked: “I haven’t worn a sexy bra since my wedding, my underwear draw is 25 pairs of the same pairs of pants, same colour and same make.

"It’s been the same colour and same make since I’ve met him and he doesn’t know any difference."

The TV host told listeners on Kate Thornton's White Wine Question Time podcast: "I met him when he was quite young, he was only at 21 and it’s almost like I raised him in captivity and made him believe this is way the world is and to enjoy it.

She laughed: "It’s just black cotton briefs and that’s all there is.”

Workaholic Emma opened up the difficulties of adjusting to a slower pace of life in lockdown.

She said: "I'm a doer, I have to be doing something. All three of my kids are at school now and the house is empty and this could be my me time.

"But I can't do that, my me time now is that I might go to the gym but I have to have something to do. There was nothing to do, the best thing to do was to stay home and do nothing.

"But when you're a doer and you're used to being busy and active, it's hard to adjust."

Emma said that lockdown forced her to slow down and be present for her kids.

The star revealed that despite her happy persona she is often a glass half empty kind of girl.

She said: "I'm a massive believer in trusting your gut. I air on the side of caution and I am a glass half empty type of girl considering I am a happy go lucky woman.

"I always like to think the worst and anything better is a bonus."

The Big Brother presenter recently revealed that she was trolled after sharing a photo of her son Ace with long hair and a pink top.

The telly favourite and her Busted husband Matt, 37, are famously private when it comes to their children - 11-year-old Isabelle, Ace, and four-year-old Trixie - and have never revealed their faces.

The Voice UK presenter said the "block button" came in handy after cruel keyboard warriors left nasty comments on a picture of her eight-year-old son.

Talking about the huge reaction her photo received on today's Good Morning Britain she told hosts Kate Garraway and Charlotte Hawkins: "There were a couple of negative bits, but the block button is a great thing."

Emma added: "I was really overwhelmed actually because it's just my son in a pink top and for me that is normality.

"He loves colour, he's always had long hair. He's a very free and open-minded boy who doesn't really, well, he's like 'why do I have to dress in green, blue or grey if I like pink, red, purple?'

"I've tried to raise him as a very open-minded young boy."

But Emma was praised for her rare photo of "stylish" son Ace with fans saying she was "breaking gender stereotypes".

Fans rallied around the presenter in the image's caption, with one saying: "Just shows how far we have to go in breaking down gender stereotypes. Pink is simply a colour. Hair grows. Let kids (or adults) wear whatever they want!"

Another added: "So what if this boy has beautiful long blonde hair and wears a pink T-shirt! Jesus! I bet he smiles a million more times a day than you miserable judgey ADULTS commenting on this child! #getalife."

A third said: "Your son is an inspiration. Coming from a mummy of a son who loves pink, rainbows and his Elsa dress. He is following his own story and not bound by stupid society stereotypes. ❤️❤️❤️."

Her celebrity pals also shared their support, with pal Fearne Cotton revealing Ace offered to make her a dress in her comment.
