Docs show the singer had turned to London as her marriage to builder Sam Cooper fell apart last October
SINGER Lily Allen bedded her new rapper lover eight months ago as her marriage to husband Sam Cooper fell apart, The Sun on Sunday can reveal.
Dramatic legal papers show she was in bed with grime DJ Daniel London when a stalker burst into her flat last October.
Her husband Sam was not at the home but his and Lily’s two young children were asleep in another room, while a nanny was also there.
Lily and London’s liaison came weeks after the singer had put on a united front at an event with builder Sam and their two children at London’s Notting Hill Carnival.
And our revelation uncovers for the first time the extent of her relationship with London, who Lily has been pictured with amid claims she and Sam are heading for divorce.
The legal papers obtained by The Sun on Sunday show London was in Lily’s bedroom when stalker Alex Gray broke in at 1.30am on October 2 last year.
Smile star Lily, 31, is still wed to Sam, 38, although there have been widespread reports they are divorcing.
Lily angrily denied a magazine report earlier this month that she is splitting from Sam over claims she cheated on him.
But the bombshell legal papers show rapper London – who goes by the stage name MC Meridian Dan – was in her bed when the early morning drama unfolded.
And they reveal how London acted heroically by forcing obsessed intruder Gray out of the flat before returning to make sure Lily was OK.
At about 1.30am, Ms Cooper was in her bedroom with her friend Lawrence London
The prosecution papers refer to Lily by her married name and to rapper London – whose middle name is Daniel – by his birth name Lawrence.
They say: “In the early hours of Fri 2 Oct 2015, there as a burglary at Ms Cooper’s flat.
“At about 1.30am, Ms Cooper was in her bedroom with her friend Lawrence London. Her two children were asleep in their bedroom, and her nanny was in her bedroom.”
And a showbiz source said: “This is quite a dramatic revelation and possibly sheds some more light on why Lily and Sam seem to have split.
“It is likely Sam knows about this, and that could be why they are not together.”

The legal papers go on to describe how intruder Gray – now sectioned after being found guilty of burglary and stalking – got in through an unlocked back door.
Terrified Mum of two Lily heard a door opening and then a bang on her bedroom door.
And she and London were confronted by Gray, 31, who had been stalking the singer since 2009, in the dead of night.
The never-seen before papers go on to reveal how grime MC London was in Lily’s bed and got out to confront Gray, from Perth, Scotland on her behalf.
They add: “A man came in she did not know – it was the defendant Mr Gray.
He was wearing a dirty blue/red Umbro top.
“He was shouting loudly at her, saying ‘Where’s my Dad?’
“When her friend Lawrence London went to intervene, Mr Gray said words to the effect ‘You know who I am stop pretending.’
“Ms Cooper assured Mr London that she did not know who he was, and asked him to get the stranger out of her house.
“Mr London got out of bed, and put his hand on the man’s shoulder.
“He was still screaming at Ms Cooper, words to the effect ‘She’s a bitch, her and her kids.’
“Mr London began to usher him out of the bedroom…..and he left.
“Mr London shut the doors and went back to check on Ms Cooper.”
Lily has spoken about her terror over the break-in – but never mentioned London was with her at the time.

Gray, who began stalking Lily in 2009, was convicted by a jury at Harrow Crown Court, London in April and sentenced on June 10 to an indefinite stay at a psychiatric hospital.
In an interview after his conviction with The Observer Lily told of her terror, but did not mention she was with London.
She told how she burned dinner and left a door open which she forgot to lock.
Talking of how she was disturbed as she was in bed, Lily added: “This guy came steaming in and I didn’t know who he was.
“I recoiled and he ripped the duvet off, calling me a ‘fucking bitch’ and yelling about where his Dad is.”
Chart star Lily also criticised police over their handling of the case, saying she had been left with “trust issues”.
Rumours have swirled over her marriage to builder Sam, father of her two children Ethel, four, and three-year-old Marnie.
Last summer it emerged the LDN singer had signed up for dating app Tinder and Raya, which specialises in celeb matchmaking.
And Lily and Sam have both been spotted separately without their wedding rings.
In January Lily – who has moved out of the marital home in Gloucester – was pictured unloading belongings at her new west London pad.
She was with London, who appeared to tug his coat over his face to avoid being identified.
And the next month we told how she and the rapper were quizzed by cops after a street row with a man sitting in his car in west London.
An onlooker said London had accused the man of trying to take a picture.
Rumours began to circulate that the pair were a couple after they were spotted together on a lunch date.
Friends of Lily and Sam have been concerned about the state of their marriage since last summer.
In August the LDN singer appeared camera-shy as she was spotted on an outing with DJ pal Danny Weed in Primrose Hill, north London.
But the next month she made the rare public outing with husband Sam at London’s Notting Hill Carnival.
They were seen with their children at the event, which they also attended with DJ Seb Chew – Lily’s ex who she split with in 2007.
But – despite the united front - weeks later Lily was in bed at her London flat with her rapper lover.
Our source added: “A lot of Lily and Sam’s friends have taken his side in their marriage problems, and this could explain why.
“There has been a lot of talk about how close she is with Daniel, and this seems to show that they have been together for quite a while.
“They would both have been questioned by police about the break-in and Sam presumably knows about it, especially as the kids were there.
“It is not surprising Sam and Lily don’t seem to be living together and have not been seen together.”
Ten days ago Lily blasted a magazine for reporting that Sam had filed for divorce as she had allegedly cheated on him.
She wrote on Twitter: “The story is untrue. Sam has not filed for divorce citing infidelity and neither have I. Wherever it came from it’s a lie.”
